Train with a Purpose

If you are looking for different ways to jump higher, then you need to train like you care. Training with a purpose gives you the motivation to do what you need to do to jump higher. Training with a purpose can be as simple as pushing yourself to do five more repetitions, or to train a little longer than you originally planned. Training with intensity is also important simply because when you are intensely focused on completing the training you are able to do more than if you were normally training. Never underestimate the power of intensity and focus when training your vertical leap.
