Daily Exercse Workout Without Machines

All of the exercise machines I have ever seen work with some type of resistance in order to help strengthen your muscles which, in turn, gets rid of fat.  Some machines use bands, others use weights, and there are some that use your own body as the resistance.  But did you know that you can complete your daily exercise workout with everyday household items as weights, and that there are plenty of exercises you can do that rely solely on your body weight as the resistant force?  Everything from soup cans as bar bells and stairs as a step-up platform is available for you without spending extra money on fancy contraptions.
