Crappie Fishing Tips For Beginners
If you are just starting out, and you really want to be able to catch crappie fast, then consider these few, simple crappie fishing tips to improve your odds of catching fish.
First, go down to your local outdoor store and hit the fishing section. Look for marabou jigs. You should be able to get several of them for just a couple of bucks. Pick a white or yellow color and one dark color like black perhaps.
Then go down to the pier during the early morning hours, tie a tandem marabou jig rig to your line, drop it to the bottom, reel in 3 or 4 turns, then jerk the rod up, and let the bait back down. Do this over and over again until you get a strike. Move locations if you aren’t catching fish within 10 minutes or so.
