Coaches use speed training to enhance athletes’ abilities
If you are a professional track coach or hold another salaried position in human speed related sports, skip this posting because it will most likely bore you. You already know what it is about and probably use at least some of the principles described here. Volunteer coaches and aspiring future athletes, however, may want to do further research in the field of speed training. There is much more that is involved in running than the legs and feet; it also involves arms, hands, lungs, hearts and minds. Dedicated determination alone, though still essential to success, is no longer enough to be a winner in today’s increasingly competitive athletic environments.
