What’s the most important feature of beginner guitar lessons
This might come as a surprise reading this post, but in my opinion the most important part of quality beginner guitar lessons is a lesson plan. A structure to the lessons that take the beginner guitar player, either acoustic or electric, by the hand and lead them from beginner theory and techniques to actually learn chords and scales.
It’s important when starting out with the guitar that you don’t just learn how to strum a few chords and forget about it. You won’t see long term learning occur this way, a better way is to start with a very solid foundation of education in techniques, theory, and general music knowledge. While this might take longer to have you playing favorite songs you’ll be a much better guitar player in the long run for it.
