What Are Precious Metals Bullion?
I have been doing some reading about investing in gold, but I became very confused when I read about precious metals bullion. I don’t even know what the word Bullion means. I found out that the word bullion has a very simple definition. It is a refined and stamped weight of precious metal. Of course, what you and I probably think of when we see that word is the large gold bricks that we have seen on TV. A Bullion is a recognized weight and fineness of gold that you can purchase for the current price of gold, and you only pay a small percentage of costs incurred due to the refining, fabricating, and shipping the bullion to you.
