We like to go to estate auctions.

My husband and I are estate sale junkies. We find the best deals there, and we also have a flea market business where we sell some of these treasures. The last estate sale we attended was a huge estate on over 300 acres. It was beautiful, an we found a lot of goodies there.

The one thing that stood out at this estate was that it had two estate address plaques. One for the front entry gate, and then one on the front door. These were rather large, and the one on the front door was ornate. I noticed them because they were unique. They had not only the family’s name on them, but they also had Victorian trim and horse drawn carriages on them.

I was intrigued by these plaques. They were not part of the sale, but I thought they were beautiful.
