My brother’s first home

My brother and his wife have been looking for a property to buy.  They got married in March and have been living in a rented flat.  They have saved a good deposit and have secured a mortgage, so they can now start looking in ernest.  There are some very nice first time buyer property in the west midlands and I thought I would tell them all about it.  They are very interested and are looking for something nice in a particular area which is close to where they both work.  They are very excited about the prospect of owning their first home.
