fast workouts
The other day was a great day but a busy day. I am usually pretty busy everyday. So the other day I actually got a little bored and decided I wanted to do a wokrout. It happened to be my off day so I texted a friend of mine stating my want to do a fast workout. He could not go so I just di my own quick workout. I went to the park and did this spring workout. I did a few sprints and then some bodyweight workouts. I did some squats and pushups and then went over to the monkey bar area and did some pullups.
