The future of our company
I have been running a company for over 15 years and each year we have seen an increase in employment and also in applications. However, this past quarter we posted our first decrease in applicants. This is not normally something we would worry about, but with the economy in the state that it is you have to wonder if this is just the beginning, or should be just be able to wait out the storm. We must get a hold of solid entry level jobs that will keep the foundation of our company strong and thriving for many many years to come.
