Quebec Province of Rules and Regulations
Living in Quebec is a much harder task than it seems. Unfortunately as an English speaking resident and the owner of a restaurant, I have dealt with what I feel is more than my fare share of troubles. First the province began by banning all indoor smokers. Next I got slapped with a rather large fine for having only english language menus, signs and . This was a huge set back since I myself cannot write French. As a result, I needed to hire a translator to do all the French work for me. I was lucky enough to receive one of the Quebec grants which covered these ridiculous costs.
