Looking For Information About The Party Wall Act
My wife and I are trying to find out more about The Party Wall Act. We haven’t had the need to know about this act until very recently. We have a neighbor on the east side of our home that we share a wall with. Yesterday, he knocked on our door and wanted us to grant access for his work crew to our back yard. I have no problem with him coming in when needed, but we need some sort of schedule in place since we have several dogs in the yard. I also want to make sure that our yard is left in the same condition when the work is complete. I think these are things that are addressed by the act.
