I can not tell you how many seminars, one on one coaching, and my personal adviser dinners that I have sat through and I still could not tell you how to pick the best mutual funds. I have a lot of money in the stock market and once a year I go over with my adviser where everything is, where it was, and what it looks like it might be doing. At the time, all the phrases and keywords sounds familiar and I think I know what I am doing, but trying to describe it to someone else would be a painstaking feat.
