Comments on the Housing Market
When we bought our home three years ago, it was brand new. We were told it was an excellent time to purchase a home and that we would be very happy with our decision. That has not turned out to be the case, mostly since we are almost upside down in our loan! The value of our home has dropped considerably, and even if we wanted to sell, it would not be wise because we would lose money on the sale. We are fortunate to not be one of the families whose home is added to the foreclosed homes forsale list. We’ll just keep on paying the mortgage and hope for a change for the better!
