Accident Epiphany: I Need Whole Life Insurance

I had one of those scary moments when, as the cliche says, your life flashes before your eyes and everything is crystallized in that moment. I was carrying some laundry down to the basement, and slipped on one of my son’s hotwheel cars that was on a step. I lost my balance, fell against the railing and it gave way. I fell on the concrete floor and awoke a while later with my wife leaning over me calling my name. The moment I felt myself falling is when I realized, I need to have my affairs in order, because accidents happen. I am getting a whole life insurance policy right away.
